Safety Program Coordinator

Are you passionate about workplace safety and looking to make a significant impact? Uline is seeking a dedicated Safety Program Coordinator for our new Connecticut branch, where you'll play a vital role in promoting safety initiatives and maintaining our industry-leading safety record in our state-of-the-art warehouse!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and uphold Uline’s safety program, policies, and procedures in our expansive 1.2 million-square-foot warehouse.
Drive ongoing safety improvements by conducting thorough audits of work areas and recommending enhancements to minimize risks.
Complete and analyze incident reports, collaborating with management for necessary follow-ups.
Engage in reviewing new products and processes, including conducting process hazard analysis.
Contribute actively to Uline's Safety Committee.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in safety management or related field is preferred.
2+ years of warehouse experience; supervisory experience in a distribution environment is a plus.
Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience is preferred.
Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages weighing up to 50 - 70 lbs.
