The successful candidate will serve as the site's first aid provider, implementing the Amazon Global Program and partnering with operations teams to ensure compliance with regulations.

This role involves leading continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risks and ergonomic hazards. The WHS Manager must be able to build trust with operations teams and provide comprehensive risk assessments and data analysis.

• Develops and implements strategies to improve WHS performance.
• Provides guidance on compliance with Amazon WHS policies.
• Analyzes WHS metrics and identifies areas for resource allocation.
• Conducts site audits to identify non-compliant equipment and processes.
• Reviews changes to ensure compliance and implements solutions to eliminate exposure to risks.
