Manage the safety aspects of all projects in the Eastern Iowa area.
Pre-construction planning as it pertains to Safety
Conduct new hire orientation and distribute PPE
Investigate all incidents
Assist in site specific safety plans including JHAs
Assist in assembling PowerPoints and managing foremen meetings
Review and manage OSHA required training
Participate in all internal Company meetings
Site Specific Safety Plan & Site-Specific Erection Plan
Project hand-off/kick-off with estimator, foremen, general superintendent & safety
Weekly resource coordination meetings
Post Project review meetings
Communicate Project Safety needs between General Contractor & Office
Communicate changing project safety requirements with superintendent and foreman
Promote Company's Core Vision & Values within and outside the company
Other duties as required to make Company successful

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
