Job Overview

Arconic is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Coordinator to manage EHS systems for their assigned area. The EHS Coordinator leads risk reduction and implements Human Performance systems, working closely with manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, and support staff to develop comprehensive EHS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS training coordination and implementation
• Perform internal self-assessment activities (ASATs)
• Monitor and report key EHS metrics and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory programs
• Assist with incident investigations and develop corrective actions
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to improve processes and reduce risk of injury
• Use data and analysis tools to identify potential issues
• Develop action plans and monitor progress in significant areas
• Conduct plant audits to identify potential risks and ensure regulatory compliance
• Promote safety awareness through training and informational materials
