Senior Manager, EH&S

Synopsis

The Senior Manager of Global Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) will oversee global HSE initiatives, develop strategy, and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations. This role requires exceptional leadership capabilities to build and mentor the HSE team.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term Global HSE strategies and short-term action plans aligned with business priorities.
• Design employee safety and injury prevention programs for AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Oversee proactive HSE audits and risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze global HSE metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Perform management reviews and report on HSE performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in HSE programs or operations.
• 5+ years of experience leading a global HSE program.
• Experience with ISO14001, ISO18001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Knowledge of global EHS requirements, regulations, codes, and standards.
