As a Dispatcher at the Campus Safety Office, you will be part of a fast-paced team environment with flexible scheduling and a strong desire to help others. You will work closely with the Manager of Emergency Planning and Administration and shift Sergeants to intake requests for assistance from the public, staff, and students.

You will also be responsible for dispatching appropriate responses to emergency calls, receiving inquiries from the campus community police, and monitoring multi-alarm computer systems. Your excellent customer service skills and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and other related software will be essential in this role.

In addition, you will document events and actions within the internal records management system software, communicate with campus emergency personnel, and provide clerical support as required.
