Key Responsibilities

Mentor and lead global Trust & Safety operations teams across regions

Oversee user report handling, content moderation, fraud prevention, and crisis response

Develop and implement global operational strategy, including outsourcing and 24x7 coverage models

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or Risk Operations leadership

Deep experience with moderation systems and incident escalation

Data-driven leader who uses metrics to improve outcomes

Proven ability to build structure in fast-paced environments

Skilled at managing cross-functional partnerships with Product, Legal, and Engineering
